As a single point of contact for our customers' technology needs, we must demonstrate the required level of expertise required to support a variety of software products. The Utility Certified Vendor Program provides a standardized process by which The Utility Company acquires the knowledge necessary to provide timely support of a particular product. We are Utility Certified for a variety of products, ranging from commonly-used packages such as Microsoft Office® and QuickBooks®, to more specific line-of-business applications.
